Living Aligned - a practically different life.

A space for slowing down, listening inward, and remembering who you are.

Living Aligned Workshops

These small-group gatherings offer a space to slow down and explore the patterns that shape how we move through the world.

Together we examine:

• the pressure to be perfect
• the habit of judging ourselves and others
• the constant push to do more and be more
• the deeper intelligence within the body and intuition

Through reflection, discussion, and guided practices, participants begin to notice how life can shift when we stop fighting ourselves and start responding with awareness.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning to live aligned with who you already are.

What you can expect from joining our workshops.

Participants often discover:

• greater emotional clarity
• deeper compassion for themselves and others
• relief from the pressure of perfection
• a stronger connection to their intuition
• a calmer nervous system and more grounded presence

Meet Jessica - Founder - Facilitator - Guide

For over 20 years, Jessica Solis has worked with individuals seeking deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.

Her work blends:

  • self-inquiry

  • nervous system awareness

  • spiritual reflection

  • emotional integration

Jessica’s approach is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are beneath the pressure to perform, perfect, or prove yourself.

Through workshops, conversations, and guided exploration, she helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom and learn to move through life with more clarity, compassion, and ease.

Upcoming Experiences

  • A private conversation designed to create space for reflection and clarity. In this one-on-one session, we explore what is currently unfolding in your life and the patterns or experiences shaping how you move through it. Through thoughtful dialogue and gentle inquiry, the goal is not to fix or force change, but to reconnect with your own awareness, intuition, and inner wisdom.

  • A small-group experience designed to create space for reflection, awareness, and meaningful conversation. Over four weekly sessions, participants come together to explore the patterns that shape how they move through life including the pressure to be perfect, the habit of self-judgment, and the constant push to do more. Through guided discussion and reflective inquiry, the group begins to reconnect with greater clarity, compassion, and alignment with their own inner wisdom.

This work invites a “practically different” approach to the human experience, one that values awareness over urgency, compassion over judgment, and presence over performance.

Through reflection, conversation, and shared exploration, we learn to move through life with greater curiosity, kindness, and trust in our own inner wisdom.

If you feel drawn to this work, you are welcome here.

My session with Jessica was one of the most meaningful conversations I’ve had in a long time. I had been carrying a lot of pressure and self-judgment without even realizing it. Jessica created a space where I could talk openly and explore what I was feeling without any sense of being rushed or analyzed. Something shifted for me during that conversation. I walked away with a deeper compassion for myself and a clearer sense of what truly matters in my life. Her presence alone is incredibly grounding.

— Rebecca

I came into my session with Jessica feeling overwhelmed and honestly a little skeptical about whether talking would help. Within minutes I realized this was different from anything I’d experienced before. She listens in a way that makes you feel completely understood, and the questions she asks helped me see things about my situation that I had been missing. By the end of the session I felt calmer, clearer, and more confident about how I wanted to move forward. It wasn’t about being “coached” — it felt more like someone helping me see myself clearly again.
